Mandy helped me in the past when I originally had State Farm Insurance, as well as when I decided to switch over to another insurance company. She did everything in her power to help me understand my needs when it came to auto and renter's insurance. Even though I did wind up switching over to another insurance company, Mandy was so understanding and kind, as well as being, beyond, helpful. Mandy has reached out to me via mail and email, over the last few months, asking if she can help me with some new quotes to see if it may be beneficial for me to come back over to State Farm. It most definitely was beneficial for me to switch back over! Mandy answered every question and concern I had about the switch over.
