"I recently purchased insurance from Greg Bratcher - State Farm. My insurance agent was Shelby Kolls. I had virtually no problems acquiring insurance for my vehicle. I was initially worried because my 2017 Ford Fusion was a prior salvage, but I was able to get it covered just fine under their policy. She was completely understanding of my situation being active-duty, and was able to answer every question that I had in a timely manner. I had a tight schedule on Wednesday, and I was worried I wouldn't be able to purchase the insurance that day because it was within 10 minutes of closing operations. However, Shelby was willing to stay past her normal hours just to help me set up my plan! I was so thankful that she was willing to go out of her way to help a customer.
